Cramlington Juniors Football Club has proven to be a very successful Club in all areas of its work over previous years, and this coupled with the commitment and ambition of its volunteers ensures the Club will strive for continuous improvement in the future. The Club provides a safe and friendly environment for all members and promotes the development of all players.

Our mission is to successfully initiate, develop and  implement a structured and progressive coaching syllabus for Cramlington Juniors Football Club, thus further promoting and providing development opportunities for skill and technical advancement for all members.  This will enable the Club to improve the standard of play and performance of its players. Ultimately the overall impact for Cramlington Juniors is to raise the professionalism, profile and organisation of the Club so there is greater awareness of the Club in the community and enhanced opportunities for involvement, recruitment and sponsorship for the Club.
