Code of Conduct Including Playing Standards, Use of Clubhouse, Changing Rooms and Additional Amenities

  • Normal PLAYING CODE of CONDUCT as per the CJFC Standards apply at all times. 
  • Management decisions must be respected.
  • Do not walk or play football or other games on the Paved Area immediately in front of the Clubhouse.  Please keep to the footpaths at all times.
  • The SIDE ENTRANCE to the building is for the use of players and officials only. After matches all training boots must be removed before entering the building and be properly stored before entering the Clubhouse.
  • Do not stand on SEATS or TABLES in the club room. A high standard of behaviour is expected at all times. Do not throw food.
  • Do not enter the Club Room with dirty or muddy shoes.  We would like to encourage parents and visitors to have a change of footwear available in adverse weather conditions. FOOTBALL BOOTS MUST NEVER BE WORN IN THE CLUB HOUSE. 
  • Entry to the DRESSING ROOM AREA from within the Clubhouse will be strictly limited to Players, Match Officials and Committee Members of the Club only, except when parents are attending a meeting in the changing rooms. 
  • NO ACCESS BEHIND THE BAR will be allowed unless authorised by the Steward.  Strictly no children allowed behind the bar.
  • It is the responsibility of parents to ensure the GOOD BEHAVIOUR and CONDUCT of their children at all times.
  • In daylight hours CAR PARKING is only permitted at the rear of the complex in the designated parking area.
  • Anyone DELIBERATELY DAMAGING or MISUSING any of the Club facilities will be disciplined by the Club, Team Managers or Management Committee as appropriate.
  • MEMBERS BRINGING GUESTS into the Club are responsible for their conduct and must ensure that they abide by the rules and regulations of Cramlington Juniors Football Club.  Children as guests must be accompanied by a responsible adults at all times.
  • When using the Clubhouse for FUNCTIONS, CELEBRATIONS, BUFFETS etc it is the equal responsibility of all the parents of the applicable age group to ensure that all residual mess, unused food etc, is properly disposed of and that all tables and chairs are restored to the correct order.     
  • Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated on these premises.
  • We would ask all parents to ensure that their children have clothing to wear, after games , when entering the clubhouse during inclement weather.
Cramlington Juniors Football Club aims to provide the best possible standard of facilities for all who use them. Compliance with this Code of Conduct will ensure that the necessary standards are met and maintained.
