U10 Blacks Win The KYPC U10 Summer Tournament


The U10's continued their promising Pre-Season campaign by winning the KYPC U10 Summer Tournament at Killingworth last Saturday. U10 Blacks and U10 Blues both entered teams and whilst the Blues did well winning 2, drawing 1 but suffering 2 reversals, it was the Blacks who ran out convincing tournament winners defeating the current KYPC U10 Summer League Champions Whitley Bay FC Barca, 3 - 1 in the final.



This victory followed a good showing from both the U10 Blacks and U10 Whites at the North Tyneside Tournament. The U10 Blacks finished runners up to Middlesboro FC Development having won their group consisting of Wallsend BC, Cullercoats FC, Tynemouth Utd & Whitley Bay FC. The U10 Whites despite remaining unbeaten could only finish second in their group that consisted of Wallsend BC, Whitley Bay BC, Ashington FC & Middlesboro Development.
